We offer free shipping within the United States for orders over $149.

Our shipping process has been enhanced to provide timely tracking updates, keeping you informed every step of the way. Typically, orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours from our facility. During peak times, it may take up to 72 hours to dispatch your order. We use a dependable shipping network to ensure your vape products reach you promptly.

Shipping details, including the chosen method and estimated delivery times, are provided at checkout based on your location and local service options. Once your order is processed, you’ll receive an automated email with tracking information.

Please remember that all transit times are estimated and exclude weekends and holidays. If you reside in the Midwest or Eastern U.S., your order may go through a 2-step Shipping Process; more details are available on our website.

For optimal savings, consider bulk purchases to reduce shipping costs.

Adult Signature Requirement

To comply with federal regulations, all vape orders containing e-cigarette products must use Adult Signature Confirmation (21+) upon delivery. The recipient must show a valid government-issued photo ID to verify age. An additional charge of $7 will be applied at checkout for this service. Alternatively, we can ship to a business address for your convenience.

Shipping and Handling Timeline

Orders require 24 to 72 business hours for processing before shipment. Once processed, you will receive an automated tracking email confirming your package is in the final stages of fulfillment. Estimated delivery times and shipping options are available at checkout based on location.

Return to Sender

Adjust Disposable retains the discretion to offer any reshipping services.

Suppose a package is returned due to an undeliverable address (such as an incorrect or incomplete address). In that case, we are not obligated to issue a refund or cover the cost of reshipping. In such cases, we will offer a refund minus the postal costs upon returning goods to our facility.

Adjust Disposable reserves the right to deduct a $20 restocking fee from the refund if a package is returned due to a missed adult signature and ID verification. Additionally, we will only re-ship a replacement order after the original package has been received and processed. We are not obligated to cover re-shipping costs.
